Day pass - ILGA World Conference 2019

Thanks for your interest in taking part in the event. All day pass registrations must be submitted through this online form.

Please note: this registration is for daily fees only. If you are a confirmed scholar, staff or board member, volunteer or invited guest, you do not need to register now and you will be contacted by us directly.

The conference runs from Monday 18 to Friday 22 March 2019. You can chose to register for any on the days between 18 and 22 March. You settle the payment with PayPal or credit card in this form. Should this mean any issues for you, please let us know by sending us a email to [email protected]
If you are travelling from abroad and would need to apply for visa, we encourage you to apply for the full conference as this form will not allow you to enter any visa information. Participants who need a visa should register for the full conference .

Conference daily fee: 125 NZD. You can chose to register for more then one day

The conference daily fee includes (for those days you register):

  • access to conference venues and social events on the day/s registered
  • two meals and coffee breaks every day
  • access to our mobile application

It does not include:

  • any visa fees
  • travel to/from Wellington
  • accommodation in Wellington
  • breakfast each day
  • insurance of any kind
  • delegate package

We will need to use information in this form to make arrangements and to help meet any specific needs that you may have. All the information shared here is kept strictly confidential for the purposes of the conference. Some information will be provided to service providers (conference organizer; host organizations etc) for logistics purposes on an “as-needed” basis.
