Please note: this registration is for paying participants only. If you are a confirmed scholar, staff or board member, volunteer or invited guest, you do not need to register now and you will be contacted by us directly.

The conference runs from Monday 18 to Friday 22 March 2019. If you plan to participate in events outside this main conference period, you will need to contact the organizers of those events regarding registration and logistics for those events.

Participants who need a visa must register by February 1, 2019, 23:59 Central European Time. You can check if you need a visa in Section E.

Conference registration fee: 380 EUR

We will need to use information in this form to make arrangements and to help meet any specific needs that you may have. All the information shared here is kept strictly confidential for the purposes of the conference. Some information will be provided to service providers (conference organizer; hotels, airlines, host organizations etc) for logistics purposes on an “as-needed” basis.

This data is collected so that we can understand the diversity of the conference. It may be used in reporting after the conference, and also to encourage specific groups to apply. We may also use it to contact you about group-specific meetings or caucuses.
SECTION E: LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS
Accommodation and visa arrangements will be handled by a local conference organiser, a third party that ILGA has contracted. They have negotiated discount rates with a number of hotels located close to the conference venue. It is not mandatory to stay at any of those hotels, and you are of course welcome to organise your own accommodation. Please answer these questions in order to inform us what logistical arrangements you would need help with prior to your arrival to Wellington.

Note that you should still check carefully the entrance requirements for New Zealand. Also, be aware that your chosen travel route to New Zealand may require you to have a visa for that country (e.g. Australia).

As attendees to our conference may experience multiple chemical sensitivities, please refrain from wearing all perfumes and use fragrance-free, unscented personal care products for the duration of our event.
